I love staying at the Master Robert, It is well located for sightseeing in London and for access to the airport. It is quiet, the staff is efficient and unobtrusive, the rooms are a good size and well serviced, the bed was big and comfortable, the restaurant is good, and I like the atmospheric references to the Grand National horse after which your hotel is named. Last weekend I had one difficult night due to the whistling gurgling noise coming from the central heating system in the bedroom keeping me awake. The hotel is very good value for money, I do hope I will be able to visit you again soon for another visit to the capital.

Great room - basic but spacious and a great place to sort your gear out, clean up and sleep before your final departure out of the UK. Only a 12 pound taxi to LHR - The Tube is a bit of a hike down to Hounslow but easily found. Great bar/restaurant with strong WI-FI and friendly, helpful staff! Might see you again next trip!

We have been visiting this hotel for the past 2 years to visit our family in Ealing. We chose it initially because it was part of the Best Western Chain and have continued to use it because it is convenient, comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff are all pleasant and professional. We are very happy with the service and facilities and so long as these remain we will continue to come and to recommend the Master Robert to others.

I have stayed at master robert hotel twice till now. I was really impressed by the service provided by master robert hotel first time, hence I decided to stay at the same hotel every time I visit London. Nicely spread out hotel. Feels like home with car parking in front of the room. Clean rooms and quality food in the restaurant.

The hotel has 2 sides with old and new rooms. The new rooms are very good but the older rooms in the large block while adequate are very dated. Breakfast and service is very good.
